10 month update

Another month has come and gone and Abby is not slowing down for a second. She's become a very adventurous eater and enjoys everything from oranges to pasta to ground chicken to green beans to toilet paper. Her recent favorites are cantaloupe, black beans, any kind of cheese, tator tot casserole and garlic bagels. She's been drinking water from a sippy cup for a couple days now and ends every sip with a big refreshing ahhhh like she can't believe how delicious water is. And when she's done she loves to watch it pour out all over the floor.

Her latest hobbies include reading and/or yelling at books, climbing the stairs, pulling things down on her head and climbing into her car seat and rocking it like a see saw. She stands alone just long enough to realize she is doing it and then immediately plops to the ground. I don't think walking is in her near future because she is such a quick crawler and gets bored with walking. She has been doing a good job of it behind the push toy from Uncle Tony and Aunt Sherri.

She's still a great night time sleeper but has unhappily been waking up at 5:30am for about a week now due to teething. She's got four coming in with two nearly through. Between the fevers and the pain she has been slowing down a little bit and we have been enjoying the extra cuddle time. She doesn't like teething rings or teething toys. She prefers to chew on her own fingers and her father's and tv remote controls.

She still loves hamming it up for the camera but now that she can move its hard to get good pictures.

A rare moment of rest.

Crawling those steps. She made it all the way to the top the first time she tried.

Playing see-saw.
